Born in Columbus, Ohio (yes, I’m a die hard Buckeye!), I earned my 4-year degree at Ohio State University and my Masters in Education – Dept. of Health, Physed and Nutrition from the University of Cincinnati. A serial entrepreneur, I started my first business at 18. By the age of 30, I had conceptualized and raised funds for one of the first privately funded, medically based health/fitness testing and training facilities in the Midwest, The Human Performance Institute. I have a vast experience in running businesses and in business turnarounds.
Moving to Florida in 1993, I earned my Florida Real Estate License in 1998 and my Florida Real Estate Broker License in 2002. I enjoy a reputation as a no-nonsense go-to consultant in SELLING Homes in Florida. I am internationally known and have clients the world over – I have helped them successfully buy and sell Windemere Luxury Homes, Waterfront Homes in St. Petersburg and snow bird or vacation homes near Disney, Orlando, to name a few.
I continue to base my success and reputation on total honesty, over-the-top knowledge of the market and a team of support experts that is unsurpassed in their ability. These include mortgage and finance specialists, accounting, legal, rental management, home building, repair, and renovation.

Jeaneth Poff grew up in Peru and is a world class bodybuilder and entrepreneur.
Her dedication to reaching the top of her sport culminated in 2 South American Championship titles and 6 Peruvian National titles in her class. During that time she created her very own consulting and sports supplement business and grew it to a very successful venture.
Jeaneth is key in helping our Hispanic clients understand the best way forward for selling their home. Jeaneth works side by side with Chris to ensure that you understand any translation from Spanish to English, as well as differences in the way it’s done in the US vs. other Spanish speaking countries.
